Ticket Ease of use and other support options

We recently added integration with our panel to discord, so now whenever a ticket is opened, we get pinged in our discord. The annoying thing is, we are just humans and we arent always available, so another way you can get support quicker is in our discord, there is now a Community Support channel which is meant for our community to help answer questions for others.
