Once you have purchased your server you should receive an email with a password setup link and access to the game panel.

If this does not happen due to mailing problems or an accidental misspelling in your email you can access your server by going to our game panel and pressing forgot password, then enter the email you used to sign up. You will receive an email with a password reset link and be able to set your password there. If you are not able to connect after these steps open a support ticket and we will be able to help you further.
